Do Today, What You Can Do Tomorrow

I feel like the biggest part of my challenge is to make better use of my time, and finding more time in my day.  This challenge is also about building so every day will be building on what I did the day before. This week will be all about putting things off, or quitting putting things off.  My mantra this week is "Do today, what I can do tomorrow".  If it is something I can do today to prep for the next day or if I normally put off Supper dishes until the next morning (yes I do this all the time), I will do it immediately.
Like it says in my blog description, I have ADD and focus and staying on  task is not my forte.
As a business owner and a household manager(sahm) this hurts me severely. I am 36 years old and it is time to pull it together. I can't let a deficit define my life, and hinder my family.
So here is the breakdown of my challenge for a better life, family, and business:
Each week the challenge will have a theme, This week is about procrastination.
Each day will have a goal, I have made the commitment to myself to be accountable via this blog. Goals are important, but you also have to have a course or direction to achieve it (see it all goes back to direction).
In this blog I will list my goal for the day and the plan of action. In future posts I will start with the results of the day before then go into the new goal and direction.

2.24.14
I feel like my biggest problem is staying on task so my goal for today is to start a daily to do list, for the next day. Doing it the day before saves time in the morning and allows you to be able to get started when your feet hit the floor.
My course of action will be to identify my 10 most important things to complete, and build from them.  Sometimes you can't finish everything on your list, but your top 10 should always get completed.  Make sure, if you are doing this with me, that you don't become anxious over this list thing, you know what you have to do everyday, the list just keeps you on task.
I am excited to see how this transforms to real life.  Tomorrow I will post how I prioritized my list as well as the list.  Have a blessed day of planning.
